The position is 30 hours a week (with the possibility of expanding to 40 hours). The person would not only function as an Office Manager, but would also be cross trained as a Sex Educator to provide some support on the floor, however, they would not be regularly scheduled to work the floor. Pay starts at $13 an hour.

Office Manager
The Office Manager works to
support both the Management and the Sex Educators of Sugar by overseeing
the details of the back office.

Duties

Maintain
store/office supply stock
Including: chalk, bags, stamps, pens, go cards,
stickers, etc.

Make deposits at
least three times a week

Provide weekly
cash reports

Reconcile Vendor
Invoices, Sugar Purchase Orders and bank accounts

Do vendor returns
on a weekly basis

Filing and office
organization

Sort mail
-
Assist store
owner with administrative work as needed

Provide back up
to Sex Educators on the floor

Support and
assist Lead Sex Educators with receiving as needed

Other duties as
